Job Summary:

RegalCare at Lowell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN (Full-time) to join our 7a-3p team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a comfortable and home-like setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in accordance with RegalCare at Lowell's policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform routine vital signs, wound care, and other clinical tasks
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• LPN/RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
