Nurse Scheduler/Transportation Coordinator

Regalcare at Harwich is looking for an organized, quick-on-their-feet Scheduler/Transportation Coordinator in our nusrsing department to keep our staffing schedules tight and resident transport running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:

Build, update, and manage staff schedules

Coordinate resident transportation for appointments, outings, and facility needs

Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families about any schedule or transport changes

Track attendance, call-outs, and coverage needs

Support the team with administrative tasks to keep operations flowing

What You Bring:

Strong scheduling or administrative experience (healthcare is a bonus)

Top-tier communication and organization skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool

Reliable, detail-focused, and ready to problem-solve

Computer skills comfort with scheduling software
