RegalCare at Harwich is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care
- Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth and development
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
- 3 to 5 years RN experience required
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to residents and families
- LTC experience required and SNF experience in nursing required

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
