What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all nursing operations and clinical services
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Active RN license (CT preferred or eligible)
- Prior DNS/ADNS experience in a skilled nursing facility
