Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Bank Deposits
- Help Manage Resident Funds
- Assist with resident billing and ensure timely collection of payments
- Assist families with Massachusetts Medicaid
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an office administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Computer Skills with Electronic Medical Records, Email, Point Click Care , Microsoft and Excel
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting
