Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff on the 3-11 shift.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and respond to changes promptly.
- Ensure all nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatments, and health management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff members.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Previous nursing experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
- CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary : $36 - $50
