About The Role
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of our facility. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Repair and maintain equipment, such as medical devices and office machinery
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility, including but not limited to, restocking supplies, disposing of trash, and performing minor repairs
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the facilities team
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repair activities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
