We are looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Supervisor/Foreman/Crew Leader to join our team! You will lead our mowing crew and maintain high-quality properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Work references are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance
- Operate truck, trailer, and landscape equipment safely
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently
- Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately
Requirements:
- Experience leading a mowing/landscape maintenance crew
- Experience operating truck and trailer
- Ability to safely operate zero-turn mower
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary : $25 - $35
