All Seasons Property Maintenance is looking for a Sprinkler Technician to service and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working outdoors, and providing quality service.
Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Inspect, repair, and maintain residential and commercial sprinkler systems
- Troubleshoot leaks, broken pipes, valves, wiring, and other irrigation issues
- Adjust sprinkler heads, valves, timers, and controllers
- Perform spring system startups and fall winterization
- Assess irrigation systems and recommend needed repairs or improvements
- Communicate with customers regarding system operation and water management
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and parts used
- Assist with snow removal and other property maintenance work during the winter
What We're Looking For
- Previous irrigation, sprinkler, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with hand tools and irrigation equipment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required
- Dependable and comfortable working outdoors
