Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee retention initiatives
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support department managers with HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
- Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll, staffing, and compliance audits
- Foster a positive and respectful work culture consistent with RegalCare's mission and values
- Coordinate facility scheduling for daily operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR and payroll experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee matters

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
