Position Summary:
RegalCare at Courtyard is a short and long term care facility located in Medford, MA we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Administrative Nurse position. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the compliance of our clinical operations in accordance with state and federal regulations. The RN Administrative Nurse will work closely with and report to the Corporate VP of Clinical Operations and will play an essential part in survey management, regulatory compliance, and the overall efficiency of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and clinical guidelines.
Assist in survey management, including preparation, response, and follow-up.
Support the Corporate VP of Clinical Operations in implementing policies and procedures that align with industry standards.
Monitor and assess clinical operations to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
Assist with auditing and inspecting clinical documentation and practices to ensure quality standards are met.
Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain regulatory knowledge and clinical expertise.
Act as a liaison between the clinical teams and corporate leadership to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical operations, and survey management.
Experience in a leadership or administrative nursing role preffered.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing healthcare environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams while maintaining high standards of care.
