Corporate Café & Kitchen Assistant

What is the job?

As our Corporate Café & Kitchen Assistant, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming, and high‑quality food experience for employees at our Theatre Support Office. This role blends hands‑on kitchen work with friendly, reliable customer service — ensuring every meal is prepared with care and every interaction reflects Regal’s commitment to hospitality.

You’ll support daily food prep, maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, assist with menu updates, and help keep our café running smoothly. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager and our commercial partners, you’ll bring consistency, professionalism, and a positive presence to a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

What will you be doing?

• Prepare ingredients, assemble meals, and support daily food service with consistency and care
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to employees and guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by following all sanitation and food‑safety standards
• Receive, store, and rotate inventory while keeping accurate records
• Update menus, assist with POS transactions, and support café operations as needed

About you

• You have experience working in a kitchen, café, or food‑service environment
• You’re comfortable using or learning equipment such as conveyor ovens, fryers, warmers, or high‑batch ovens
• You’re organized, reliable, and attentive to detail — especially when it comes to food safety
• You enjoy both independent tasks and collaborative teamwork
• You deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
