Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring Loader/Unloaders in a non-climate controlled environment for a company located in the Alliance area.

Shift/Pay Rate: 1st shift Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm $18.75 per hour 2nd shift Monday to Thursday 6:00pm to 4:30am $19.75 per hour

loaders and unloaders help ensure shipments are handled correctly, move on time, and reach their destinations safely—making them essential to warehouse and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Loading shipment onto trailers according to shipping schedules and load plans.

• Unloading incoming shipments from trailers and moving them to designated areas.

• Sorting and Organizing freight by destination, size and product type.

• Stacking and securing items to prevent damage during transport

• Scanning or labeling items when required

• Palletizing

• Operating conveyors or carts

• Fast paced environment

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience

• Standing, bending and walking for extended periods

• Must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours

• Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.

• Go up and down stairs

• Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment

You should be proficient in:

• Warehouse Experience
• Material Handler Experience
