Key Accountabilities
- Lead daily Material Review Board activities to ensure internal nonconformities are effectively segregated and addressed (i.e: rework, sort, return, scrap, customer deviation, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Lead daily Material Review Board activities to ensure customer returns (RMAs) are effectively segregated and addressed (i.e: rework, sort, return, scrap, customer deviation, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Support resulting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Perform calibration of gauging and write calibration procedures.

- High School Diploma.
- 5 years of Quality Experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry with a focus in conventional machining and assembly operations.
- Solid background in metal manufacturing environment including metal cutting and grinding is desirable.
- Working knowledge of engineering part drawings and general understanding of metallurgy; ability to understand the physical and mechanical properties of metals as affected by composition, mechanical working and heat treatments.
- Experience working with quality systems; e.g. ISO9001
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as common ERP systems.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and formal problem solving techniques internally and externally (Customers/Suppliers)
- Demonstrated success in the ability to consistently multitask
- Good verbal, written, and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, Minitab, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
