As an HR Generalist Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting core HR functions and strategic initiatives that impact the employee experience and company culture.

Potential Projects & Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and orientation process improvements to enhance the new hire experience.
- Assist with planning and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives and events that promote inclusion and engagement.
- Conduct a site-wide audit of associate-level job descriptions to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with current responsibilities and company branding.
- Collaborate with HR team members to update documentation and support compliance efforts.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gain exposure to HR systems, policies, and employee relations practices.
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for organization and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization.
