Our client is looking to hire a high-energy, results-driven high-volume recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring initiatives. This role is responsible for filling a high number of requisitions across entry-level, hourly, or salary roles while maintaining speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at pipeline management, and can balance efficiency with strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Intake:
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast high-volume hiring needs
- Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements and timelines
- Develop scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals
High-Volume Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Source candidates through job boards, community outreach, referrals, job fairs, and social platforms
- Manage large applicant pools and build continuous pipelines
- Utilize automated sourcing tools and mass outreach strategies
- Host virtual or in-person hiring events
Screening & Interview Coordination:
- Conduct high-volume phone or video screenings daily
- Quickly assess candidate qualifications and availability
- Coordinate and schedule multiple interviews per day
- Partner with hiring teams to streamline decision-making
Offer Management:
- Extend and negotiate offers within approved guidelines
- Ensure rapid turnaround from interview to offer
Metrics & Process Optimization:
- Track and report on recruiting KPIs such as:
- Time-to-fill
- Time-to-start
- Offer acceptance rate
- Candidate drop-off rate
- Daily/weekly hiring targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- 2 years of high volume recruiting experience
- Experience managing 20 open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to conduct a high number of screenings per day
- Experience with ATS and scheduling systems
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
