As a Store Manager, you’ll lead your team, grow sales, and build lasting contractor relationships while delivering the Regal Difference: superior products, service, and expertise that stand out from the competition.
What You’ll Do:
- Driving Sales Growth: Execute strategies to increase revenue, grow our contractor base, and hit sales goals.
- Building Customer Relationships: Be a trusted partner to contractors, painters, and builders by understanding their needs and offering tailored product and service solutions.
- Leading and Developing the Team: Coach, train, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experience while meeting performance targets.
- Owning Store Operations: Manage inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, scheduling, safety, and store appearance to ensure a professional environment.
- Executing Business Plans: Partner with company leadership to align store-level strategies with overall company goals.
- Fostering a Pro-Focused Culture: Build a welcoming, efficient, and contractor-centered store that strengthens Regal’s reputation as the go-to Benjamin Moore dealer.
What You’ll Bring:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand contractor needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Sales Expertise: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; B2B or contractor market experience is a strong plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Paint, coatings, or construction experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluent in English and Spanish, enabling stronger communication with a diverse customer base.
- Operational Strength: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move up to 65 lbs.
