The Accountant performs professional and analytical tasks in the accounting/finance function. Tasks are sometimes repetitive in nature and follow prescribed procedures. At other times tasks are unique and require independent analysis to achieve general objectives. Work is performed independently, but is reviewed by management prior to release. As circumstance warrant, procedures are developed to provide accounting control over areas of financial risk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Prepares financial reports including financial statements, cost reports, and various transaction reports.
- Prepares financial analyses.
- Develops accounting procedures and controls.
- Prepares account and other data reconciliation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Organizational Responsibilities :

- Appropriately and accurately maintain time keeping records.
- Adhere to attendance policy and time off requests.

- Maintain confidentiality at all times in compliance with company policy and HIPAA requirements.
- Employee has completed all required annual Compliance training and signed attestation form is attached for each module.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $33 and $35/[hour]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Business or Accounting
- Two years Accounting experience
- General Ledger Accounting, Financial Analysis and Excel or similar spreadsheet or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Compensation: $33-35.00
