Warehouse Worker and Cabinet Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker and Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory handling and material organization, while also performing precise cabinet installation and related carpentry tasks. Responsibilities

• Safely handle and transport materials within the warehouse using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Prepare and organize inventory for easy access and efficient workflow.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to accurately install cabinets, doors, siding, fixtures, and other structural components.
• Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fitment of cabinets and other custom woodwork.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to assist with project planning and material procurement.
• Perform framing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, plastering, and finishing work as needed.
• Conduct fabrication tasks including woodworking, metalworking, or custom modifications for cabinetry or restoration projects.
• Install flooring, tile, roofing components, or masonry elements as required for remodeling or restoration projects.
• Assist with construction site setup, cleanup, and maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
• Support water damage restoration, mold remediation, or other specialized services by preparing surfaces or installing necessary materials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, or related fields.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers; familiarity with power tools is essential.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
• Skilled in fixture installation including cabinets, doors hanging, siding, drywall finishing, and flooring installation.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and mold remediation is a plus.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Valid experience with plumbing, electrical work, masonry or roofing is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
