We are growing and looking for a Custom Cabinet Installer.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable means of transportation to our shop in Monroe, NC
• 3 years of carpentry experience
• Good communication skills and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Install custom cabinets, crown/shoe molding, kitchen hoods, appliance panels, and decorative hardware per drawings and MHC standards
• Adjust to as-built field conditions (ie, uneven floors, out-of-plumb walls, etc.) as required to meet customer requirements
• Perform precise field measurements when shop modifications are required
• Document accurate field status via MHC’s field management system
• Perform quality control to ensure installation aligns with MHC’s quality standards

• Monday to Thursday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Friday 6:30 to noon
