Regal Heights Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Adult Day Health Care Program Director to lead the reopening, growth, and daily operations of our Adult Day Health Care program in Jackson Heights, Queens.

The Director will oversee program operations, compliance, staffing, census development, referral relationships, and the overall registrant experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead the reopening and ongoing operation of the ADHC program
- Oversee daily program activities, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with NYS Department of Health, HCBS, Medicaid, and applicable ADHC requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate registrant records, assessments, care plans, and required documentation
- Prepare the program for surveys, reviews, interviews, and regulatory visits
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support program staff
- Work closely with nursing, social work, rehabilitation, activities, dietary, transportation, and facility leadership
- Develop and maintain relationships with MLTC plans, referral sources, hospitals, community organizations, families, and healthcare providers
- Support census growth through outreach, referrals, and strong community relationships
- Coordinate registrant admissions and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Monitor program quality, attendance, satisfaction, and operational performance
- Create a safe, organized, engaging, and person-centered environment for registrants
- Previous management or leadership experience in an Adult Day Health Care program is required
- Strong understanding of ADHC operations and New York State regulatory requirements
- Experience with Medicaid, MLTC plans, care planning, compliance, and census development
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work closely with clinical and administrative teams
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, public health, business, or a related field preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
