Highly experienced Technical Support and Software Packaging Specialist with strong expertise in SCCM software deployment, technical documentation, and Windows infrastructure management. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate software testing, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-quality installation packages. Skilled in technical writing, scripting, and process improvement to enhance end-user experience and organizational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software packages for SCCM

• Test vendor software installations (Autodesk & Bentley)

• Create and validate installation scripts using PowerShell or batch scripting

• Coordinate with business users, testers, and project managers during testing

• Troubleshoot technical and end-user software issues

• Manage and update Active Directory groups related to CADD support

• Prepare technical documentation and training materials

• Research hardware and recommend purchases

• Provide accurate status updates and support team collaboration
