What You Will Be Doing
- Use phone, email, and remote access to build relationships and be the problem-solving expert of our CAD and PDF-based software
- Train new and existing users how to master the application using MS Teams
- Support the roll-out of new application features as they are released to our growing subscriber base
- Partner with colleagues across departments to ensure every customer interaction is a success
- Assist in the creation of new training content

Must Haves
- CAD/blueprint reading
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering or related STEM field
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including written communication – no fear of the phone or video conferencing
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a strong team player
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new software/skills

Salary
The position offers a competitive starting salary of $65,000, with additional compensation consideration given for applicable experience and qualifications.
