Location: Ashley, IN [Our company is relocating to Ashley, IN this Spring]
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (No Overtime, No Holidays)

The Opportunity
We are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Handling: Verify incoming deliveries against orders, label and allocate products, and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
- Device Processing: Clean, test, grade, and value-add to electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution.
- Cleaning: External inspection, sanitizing, and removal of non-original labels.
- Testing: Functional testing, data wiping, and troubleshooting of devices.
- Grading: Assessing physical condition and categorizing devices using a standardized grading system.
- Value-Adding: Enhancing device features or services to increase value.
- Maintenance & Collaboration: Maintain equipment, conduct regular maintenance, and work with internal teams to resolve delivery or inventory discrepancies.
- Support Functions: Assist the Shipping and Receiving department as needed.
Who You Are
- Experience: No experience required! We provide on-the-job training.
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, accuracy, efficient working with electronics and basic software tools such as email, and submission of Google forms.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, work with cleaning chemicals (e.g., rubbing alcohol, lens cleaner), and stand for extended periods.
