We are seeking Production Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of Production
- Receiving & Handling: Verify incoming deliveries against orders, label and allocate products, and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
- Device Processing: Clean, test, grade, and value-add to electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution.
- Cleaning: External inspection, sanitizing, and removal of non-original labels.
- Testing: Functional testing, data wiping, and troubleshooting of devices.
- Grading: Assessing physical condition and categorizing devices using a standardized grading system.
- Value-Adding: Enhancing device features or services to increase value.
Competencies/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent accuracy and quality control
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Google Workplace or related software.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience: No experience required! We provide on-the-job training.
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector, on to the production floor.
