What You’ll Do
As a Patient Coordinator, you are the face of the clinic and the driver of the entire client experience. This is not a passive front desk role. You are responsible for guiding clients through their journey, building trust, and helping them commit to treatments that improve how they look and feel.
- Create an exceptional first impression for every client
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and treatment plans
- Convert leads into booked appointments and long-term clients
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and daily clinic flow
- Work closely with providers to ensure a seamless experience
- Consistently hit and exceed performance goals
