What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Christmas Light Installer laborer position at Refresh Cleaning Plus?
We are hiring 2–3 seasonal Christmas Light Installers for the upcoming holiday season.
This is an outdoor, physical position installing professional Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties. We are looking for dependable workers who are comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and working outside in cold weather.
Responsibilities:
- Install Christmas lights on homes, businesses, trees, rooflines, and other outdoor areas
- Safely climb and work from extension ladders
- Hang, secure, and organize lighting and extension cords
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Follow all ladder and job-site safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Must be comfortable working on ladders
- Must be able to work outdoors in cold fall and winter conditions
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying ladders, lights, and equipment
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Must be willing to learn and follow instructions
- Previous landscaping, roofing, construction, window cleaning, exterior cleaning, or ladder experience is a plus, but not required
This is a seasonal position during the Christmas light installation season. Hours may vary depending on weather and the installation schedule.
This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable with physical work, and isn’t afraid of heights.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
