What are the responsibilities and job description for the Holiday Lighting Installer position at Christmas Decor of Pittsburgh?
Overview
We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our holiday decorating team! Installers will bring residential and commercial properties to life by installing holiday lighting and decorations (such as wreaths, bows, and garland) in local homes and businesses in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Responsibilities
- Install holiday lights on rooflines, windows, trees, and shrubs
- Hang wreaths, garland, and bows
- Install ground stake lighting along walkways and landscaping
- Properly use ladders and roof safety equipment
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours during the months of October-January
- Comfortable working at heights (ladder and roof experience is a plus)
- Able to lift and carry extension ladders
- Must have reliable transportation to our warehouse
Pay
- $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity to earn end-of season bonus based on reliability, quality of work, productivity and overall contribution to the team
- We will reward our team members for showing up consistently, completing jobs efficiently and professionally, and helping the team successfully complete the season's workload
- Will be a W2 employee
- Time and a half OT available
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
