ReforMedicine SC is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Human Resources Manager to serve as the sole HR resource for our growing direct primary care practice. This is a unique opportunity to lead all aspects of HR while partnering closely with leadership to build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

💼 What You’ll Do- Serve as the organization’s sole HR resource, guiding leadership across all HR disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding, strengthening hiring practices and welcoming new team members.
- Partner with leadership on benefits administration and consultation, including vendor management and employee support.
- Develop training, performance management, and leadership development systems.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a small or growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in benefits consultation/administration, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Alignment with our mission and interest in the direct primary care model.
- Bonus: Experience with Paylocity (HRIS, payroll, onboarding, time & labor, workflows).
