As a Kitchen Designer at Reform, you will help clients bring their kitchen visions to life from one of our US-based showrooms. You will collaborate closely with clients to design and plan bespoke kitchens, combining creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, ora relatedfield is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen design, with a portfolioshowcasingyour work.
- Proficiencyindesignsoftware and tools, such as 3CADor similarplatform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a showroom or client-facing sales environment.
- Knowledge of Scandinavian design principles and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and design goals.
- Design innovative, functional kitchens aligned with clients’ visions and Scandinavian design principles.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts.
- Develop accurate project estimates and proposals based on design specifications.
- Maintain clear and organized records of client interactions and project details in HubSpot CRM.
- Base salary plus commission, with total expected annualearningsbetween $80,000–$115,000.
