As a Design Consultant, you will deliver exceptional showroom experiences while guiding clients through their kitchen design journey. This role blends design expertise, sales, and client relationship management, from initial consultation through project development.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in interior design, kitchen design, ora relatedfield.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficiencyin using CRM softwareand Microsoft365.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction techniques, and industry trends.
- Sales or lead generation experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings asrequired.
- Initial Space Planning:Develop preliminary space plans, guide material selections, and prepare initial project estimates that balance functionality and aesthetics.
- Inbound Lead Development:Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and showroom visits, guiding prospective clients through the design process.
- Lead Generation:Build relationships with local architects, designers, and developers to generate new showroom traffic and client opportunities.
- Opening and Closing Tasks:Maintainshowroompresentation, including daily opening, styling, and closing responsibilities.
- Full timesalary is $52,500, plus benefits package (Part time compensation prorated based on hours)
