This role is ideal for a junior designer who thrives in vector-based graphic design and enjoys working with action-forward characters, strong silhouettes, icons, and typographic systems for performance apparel. About the RoleYou will support the Senior Designer(s) responsible for bold, high-energy, graphic-heavy entertainment IP. Your day-to-day work will focus heavily on:vector refinement and cleanupbuilding engineered and placement graphicstypographic and emblem/icon developmentrecolors, resizes, layout variations, and motif adjustmentspreparing clean, structured files for multi-round licensor submissionsimplementing revision feedback quickly and accuratelyThis is a highly technical, production-oriented design role in a fast-paced approvals environment. What You’ll DoExecute bold, high-impact graphics under the senior designer’s directionBuild clean, precise Illustrator vector files suitable for activewear applicationsCreate graphic variants such as recolors, composition changes, and scaled layoutsDevelop and refine icons, emblems, badges, symbols, and typographic treatmentsAssist in the creation of engineered placement graphics and tech-inspired motifsPrepare submission-ready artwork with annotations, thumbnails, and application notesInterpret style guides, posing rules, symbol systems, and visual tone guidelinesApply revision notes accurately across multi-step feedback cyclesDeliver structured artwork to production teams for existing activewear silhouettesMaintain meticulous organization, file hygiene, naming conventions, and version control Who You AreA junior designer with a naturally strong, bold, graphic, action-oriented visual styleHighly proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required) and comfortable in PhotoshopExcellent vector illustration and graphic composition skillsStrong with typography, emblem/icon creation, and graphic systemsComfortable working through multiple revision cycles in structured approval workflowsExperienced in apparel graphics (activewear experience is a plus)Detail-obsessed and highly organizedAble to take direction well and work efficiently under tight timelinesInterested in entertainment franchises with heroic, adventurous, or high-energy aestheticsExperience with entertainment licensing is a plus but not required.
