The Front Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position involves managing a high volume of visitors and callers, coordinating communication, and supporting both the team and independent tasks using standard office software and specialized scheduling and CRM tools.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties including greeting customers and visitors warmly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle a high volume of calls
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars using proprietary software
  • Oversee visitor management and ensure proper record keeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Enter data accurately into various systems including CRM
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate administrative communications
  • Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support the office team through collaborative and independent work

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in front office or customer service roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in customer service and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and multi-line phone systems
  • Strong data entry, time management, and communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and teamwork aptitude

Salary : $20 - $30
