About the Role
We're looking for a self-starter who can take a route or job list and run with it. You'll be cleaning interior and exterior windows, screens, and tracks at residential homes (with occasional commercial work). Minimal supervision — we hand you the schedule, the equipment, and the trust to deliver great results.
This is a great fit for someone who wants solid pay without full-time hours: students, semi-retired folks, tradespeople filling gaps in their schedule, or anyone who values flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Clean interior and exterior windows at residential properties
- Clean screens, sills, and tracks
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Manage your job schedule and arrive on time
- Represent the company well — our reputation is built on referrals
What We're Looking For
- Experience preferred: Prior residential window cleaning experience puts you at the top of the pay scale ($40 /hr). Willing to train the right hardworking candidate at a starting rate with a fast path up.
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Physically able to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout a shift
