Experienced Window Cleaning Technician | Residential & Commercial | $22–$40/hr
HireLBS is currently hiring an Experienced Window Cleaning Technician for one of our clients in the Minneapolis, MN area. We are seeking dependable, hard-working professionals with previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience who are comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, working at heights, and providing excellent service to residential and commercial customers throughout the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area.
This is a hands-on field role with strong earning potential and growth opportunities into crew lead and field leadership positions. Candidates with crew lead, training, roofing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or exterior service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Approximately 40 hours weekly
- 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Exterior cleaning and field technician work
- Ladder work and roof access when required
- Use of squeegees, water-fed poles, and professional cleaning equipment
- Maintain safety standards on job sites
- Train and support newer technicians when needed
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete jobs efficiently with attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience required
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing physical labor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation and liability insurance required
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
