Reflective Coatings of Indiana LLC is hiring a Project Manager / Production Manager to oversee daily operations for our commercial roofing projects.
This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping crews running efficiently, handling service calls, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily roofing crew operations
- Ensure crews have materials, equipment, and direction
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
- Handle service calls and resolve on-site issues
- Communicate with customers and team members
- Perform occasional roof inspections for repairs, coatings, or replacement
- Document job progress and updates
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roofing (coatings a plus)
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple jobs
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in the field and on roofs
Pay: $53,319.92 - $75,213.23 per year
