The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple active field projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely completion of work. This individual will lead 2–3 crews, coordinate with external service providers, and manage all project deliverables, costs, and schedules. OBJECTIVES
- Oversee field operations for up to two concurrent projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Supervise and support 2–3 field crews, ensuring safety compliance and performance standards.
- Coordinate external vendors and services, including wireline, cementing, water hauling, and trucking.
- Review and approve weekly payroll and timecards for accuracy and compliance.
- Submit billing events promptly to maintain positive cash flow.
- Track project milestones and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and state project portals.
- Conduct regular job-site inspections to verify quality and progress.
- Communicate project updates to ownership and stakeholders weekly.
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize downtime and risk.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements that support company growth and operational excellence.

EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7 years of field project management experience
- Proven record managing crews and coordinating field operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (Preferred)
- Experience with state-run or government project management systems (Preferred)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $96,000–$108,000 annually - Depending on experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent travel to project sites across Northeast and Southeast Ohio
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs as required on job sites
- Work performed in various outdoor environments and weather conditions
- Regular use of mobile devices and computer equipment
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain insurability
