Are you someone who loves connecting with seniors, creating fun experiences, and making people smile? Morningstar Assisted Living & Memory Care is looking for an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator / CNA to join our team!
This is more than a job—you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents while helping create a community where they feel engaged, valued, and at home.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead fun, engaging daily activities for our residents
- Organize games, crafts, music, outings, exercise, and special events
- Encourage residents to participate while adapting activities to individual interests and abilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Assist residents with daily care needs as a CNA when needed
- Help create a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere
- Work closely with our care team to ensure residents’ needs are met
- Document activities and resident participation as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current CNA certification in Kansas preferred
- A positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Creative ideas and a willingness to have FUN!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior activities is a plus!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
