What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the Initial (most important) part of the sales process through phone conversations.
- Connect with prospective patients via phone, text, and email
- Conduct approximately 25-30 outbound and follow-up conversations daily
- Educate prospects on treatment options, benefits, and patient expectations
- Build trust through a consultative and relationship-driven sales approach
- Maintain detailed records and follow-up activities within CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and revenue targets
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to improve conversion performance
