What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Refine PT & Performance?
Refine will be looking for a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team in the year 2026 in Gulf Shores, AL. While there is not a set starting date for this position, we would be interested in starting the new position as soon as possible. The position will include a 40 hour work week, and the patient population will be general outpatient orthopedics, with an emphasis on the active and aging adult population. We strongly believe in exercise, health and wellness, and truly serving our patients. We would be looking for likeminded professionals, who are passionate about leading from the front (exercise themselves) while also committing to providing a positive experience. Our model includes treating each patient one-on-one, for the full hour.
