What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Eastern Shore Physical Therapy?
The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference. This is a PRN opening with potential to build a full-time caseload in the near future. Current opening is in our Bay Minette clinic with availability to flex between Bay Minette and Daphne clinic in the future.
Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
