Note: This is an in-office position, we are default ‘in office’ and if you are not in the Raleigh, NC/Triangle area, you must relocate at your own expense, we do not have a relocation package/budget for this role.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI fluent team member to focus on prompt engineering. Our Agentic system has a library of system prompts that, together, power our platform. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering and customer-facing teams to make sure the prompts are executing the proper workflows and representing the company to our customers with a tone and personality that matches our goals and company culture. You’ll monitor internal usage data and make recommendations on prompt changes and execute those changes.
Required Experience:
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and core AI concepts (agentic, RAG, GPTs, MCP, A2A, etc.)
- Experience in an operating role where you have complete ownership from design to implementation to QA
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes very quickly
Nice to Have:
- This role will require a unique combination of analytics and creativity
- User experience background - do you have experience measuring how b2b users are using an application using tools like Pendo and Statsig?
- Ability to come up with novel solutions to challenging problems, experiment and iterate rapidly
- Experience with ecommerce concepts: Product data feeds, attributes, variations, orders, etc

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
