About the Opportunity
We are a fast-growing roofing & exterior restoration company seeking a motivated, hardworking Field Sales Rep / Damage Inspector to join our team. This role combines door-to-door lead generation, property inspections, and helping homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process. What You’ll DoProspecting & Lead Generation
- Canvass targeted neighborhoods; knock doors to generate new business
- Identify storm-affected areas and work full neighborhoods
- Schedule inspections and build rapport with homeowners
- Sign contract agreements and secure required documents
Property Inspections
- Inspect roofs, siding, windows, gutters/downspouts, and A/C units for storm damage
- Document all findings with photos
- Prepare scopes of work and assist clients through approval steps
- Create & revise change orders when needed
Insurance & Adjustment Coordination
- Schedule adjustment appointments (no double-booking)
- Submit proper scopes and photos for re-inspections
- Obtain ITEL samples and comparison photos when needed
- Follow up with estimators and coordinate complex claims
- Request cash-bid approvals through office manager
- Collect insurance paperwork from customers
Homeowner Education
- Explain insurance paperwork and supplementing process
- Walk clients through material selection and color sign-off
- Set expectations about material delivery, debris removal, and construction workflow
- Review the building process: noise, clutter, crew timelines, what to expect
- Ensure homeowners clearly understand what we do and what we don’t do
Follow-Through & Execution
- Complete all job requirements thoroughly and accurately
- Upload all documentation daily
- Communicate proactively with office, production, and estimating teams
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism on every job site

- Ability to climb roofs and perform exterior inspections
- Organized — able to manage appointments and follow up consistently
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
