The Role
- Work with internal developers to identify needs, resolve issues and support adoption of better tools and processes.
- Build IDE integrations and enhancements for productivity, navigation and in-editor tooling.
- Own and improve build infrastructure for speed, reliability and reproducibility across diverse codebases.
- Streamline CI/CD, testing and deployment workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered developer tools responsibly.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn requirements into delivered solutions.
- A bachelor's degree or higher and at least three years in software development, infrastructure or developer tooling.
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills in Linux environments.
- Experience with IDE integrations, CI/CD systems, version control or developer-productivity platforms.
- An understanding of AI technologies and interest in their use within engineering workflows.
- Clear communication and evidence of working directly with users.
