THE OPPORTUNITY

As the first hire in this role, you’ll define and lead the product vision for our Customer Success vertical. You’ll partner closely with a world-class team, bring deep industry expertise, and build products that empower customer success teams to do their best work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Build Customer-Centric Products:

  • Own product strategy and execution specifically tailored for customer success teams, ensuring Reevo’s solutions directly enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

Deeply Understand User Needs:

  • Engage directly with customer success teams to capture and analyze their feedback, workflows, and pain points, shaping intuitive solutions that drive high adoption.

Define Clear Product Requirements:

  • Translate customer insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and actionable development tasks, ensuring alignment across Engineering and Design teams.

Drive Product Adoption and Satisfaction:

  • Develop and optimize onboarding experiences, user education materials, and in-app guides that help customer success teams quickly adopt and realize product value.

Measure & Iterate Continuously:

  • Establish and track critical success metrics around user adoption, retention, and satisfaction, leveraging data to inform continuous product improvement.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  • Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless communication, coordinated product launches, and successful customer outcomes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 8 years of experience in product management, product operations or business operations roles
    • Ideal candidates have experience using, designing and/or building products for customer success or account management teams, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI/ML startups.
  • Demonstrated success in deeply understanding customer success workflows, translating user feedback into impactful product features and enhancements.
  • Proven operational experience within customer success product or business operations roles, effectively implementing strategic initiatives and managing processes.
  • Proven track record of utilizing qualitative and quantitative user research to drive product development decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing teams across diverse functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, experienced in setting and tracking product adoption, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Experience scaling product teams and managing complex cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
