What Can You Expect
- This position provides support to the Preconstruction Department by performing various administrative duties.
- Complete prequalification documents, bid forms and other required documentation and task for project bids and proposals.
- Assist in the maintenance of all records related to the contracting of vendors and subcontractors for projects awarded to the company.
- Provide monthly reporting to Executive Staff and external entities as required.

- Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center.
