What Can You Expect   

• Responsible for supporting the Senior Preconstruction Managers with high level decisions and risk mitigation.  
• Provides strategic planning with all aspects of preconstruction and senior guidance with all go/no-go decisions. 
• Manages the effectiveness and accuracy of the overall preconstruction department via the Senior Preconstruction Managers.

What You Bring to the Table   

• Lead, manage, train and supervise the work of the Senior Preconstruction Managers directly and the other preconstruction team members indirectly.
• Validate on a daily basis the Senior Preconstruction Managers are performing his/her duties to the extent required and expected, and that they are interacting with, training and providing efficient and proper support to lower tier team members.
• Provide senior level document review and advice for constructability and value analysis, pricing, scheduling, risk avoidance, etc.
• Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications:  All Preconstruction Sotfware that may inlcude:  Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Revit, Building Connected, On-screen Take Off, Agtek, Procore, Viewpoint Field Work Center, HCSS, and Destini.
