What You Bring to the Table
- Supervise and coordinate activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
- Lead the morale and attitude of the crew.
- Provide input to Project Manager on jobsite issues or conditions and confer with Operations Manager/General Superintendent to ensure production.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFI's, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
- Must possess the ability to read and understand project owner specifications and engineering drawings.
- Must possess the ability to understand project scheduling and cost control.
- Must have Heavy Civil experience.
