What You'll Do
- Design site development and land development projects
- Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans
- Work closely with planners, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines
- Assist with permitting and municipal approvals
- Support project managers and coordinate with clients when needed
- Contribute to projects from early design through construction
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT required (PE or ability to obtain preferred)
- Experience with site development or land development projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Established firm with 80 years of experience
- Work on a diverse mix of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
- Collaborative team with multiple disciplines in-house
