Role Overview:
The primary expectation of this role is to position our company as the trusted workplace partner for U.S.-based organizations expanding or operating in Middle Eastern territories. Acting as the bridge between the U.S. market and global teams, a successful candidate will create meaningful connections with corporate decision-makers and open doors to strategic opportunities.
The expectation is that a successful candidate will leverage our capabilities and client successes to establish our company as the partner of choice for global enterprises investing in the Middle East.
This role is expected to:
- Enable consistent access to C-suite executives, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, Procurement, Facilities, and GCC leadership across U.S.-based organizations.
- Facilitate high-value meetings between prospective clients and our leadership, ensuring the right stakeholders engage at the right stage of the sales process.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architecture firms, furniture manufacturers, workplace consultants, brokers, and corporate end clients to create a sustainable referral and sales ecosystem.
- Develop account-specific engagement strategies and stakeholder maps that accelerate opportunity conversion.
- Work seamlessly with our company’s sales, strategy, and leadership teams through daily collaboration, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and coordinated sales execution.
- Generate a qualified pipeline that supports our long-term growth in the U.S. and contributes to new Design & Build opportunities in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and execute our North American partnership strategy to enable Middle Eastern and SAE business across Architects, furniture suppliers and global OEMs, local brokers, and workplace strategy firms.
- Develop alliances with workplace consultants, project management firms, brokers, and real estate advisors.
- Partner Management
- Create agreements for exclusive partnerships on a specific-year basis, working on projects with an assured fee structure.
- Create joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.
- Develop annual business plans with strategic partners in connection with the Middle East SPOC for business.
- Conduct regular executive business reviews.
- Organize partner enablement sessions and networking events.
- Track partner pipeline, revenue, and performance KPIs.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that accelerate market penetration.
Success in this role requires combining commercial acumen, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable growth.
Who You Are
- A relationship-driven dealmaker who moves comfortably between C-suite conversations and day-to-day partner execution.
- A connector with an established network across the corporate real estate and workplace ecosystem who can open doors quickly and credibly.
- A disciplined operator who treats pipeline management, stakeholder mapping, and reporting as core to the role, not afterthoughts.
- A collaborative partner who can align closely with India-based sales and leadership teams across time zones.
- A strategic thinker who can translate market relationships into structured, revenue-generating alliances.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliance Management, or Enterprise Sales.
- Existing network within Global Architecture & Design firms, Office Furniture manufacturers/dealers, Corporate Real Estate leadership, Workplace consultants, the GCC ecosystem, and Commercial Real Estate brokers.
- Experience working with multinational enterprises.
Success Metrics
- Network Growth: Build a network of 50 strategic partners.
- Alliance Agreements: Secure 18 active alliance agreements.
- Pipeline Generation: Generate US$200 million in qualified project pipeline, including US$30 million in near-term qualified opportunities.
- GCC Opportunities: Deliver 7 qualified GCC opportunities for India.
- Account Wins: Win 5 strategic enterprise accounts through partner channels.
- Market Presence: Represent our company at 5 major industry events.
